Castaways Life does not offer refunds and we are unable to offer exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a store credit and purchase your desired item as per the standard ordering process at our online store.
Please email email@example.com with your name and order number, stating why you wish to return your purchase. We will reply with detailed instructions and the return address.
All items need to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received the return, please allow 3 business days for your credit to be processed.
Items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags still attached. The hygiene sticker must remain in its original condition for swimwear exchanges and not be removed, replaced or altered. Castaways life will not accept exchanges if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.
We do not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We are also not responsible or accountable for garments being returned. We advise you to use trackable services and take note of your tracking number.
If you received your swimwear and they're not quite perfect for you, we sincerely apologize. Please know that your money has gone into a good cause and maybe consider giving the piece/pieces away to a friend who might love them.
